• penis erection that is painful or lasts 4 hours or longer.

Vardenafil is suggested to cause sudden vision loss, it is not proved and occurs only in small number of people; still get emergency medical help if you experience vision changes or vision loss.

If you have any allergic reactions such as: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, stop using this drug.
